About Me
I am a certified Psychologist, Psychotherapist and Counsellor and have trained in both English and Spanish.
I believe a strong therapeutic alliance should be built upon respect, honesty and trust. As a therapist I hold a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space for you to open up and express any of your existential worries or past traumas. Through my therapy I encourage my clients to get in touch with their sense of self and to connect with their identity. Progressive steps in therapy allow you to understand and process your feelings and the way you deal/cope with certain situations more thoroughly.
Throughout my years as a professional I have understood not every person is the same and therefore I offer a therapeutic tailored approach to every client’s needs.

Background and Experience
I am a Postgraduate in Psychotherapy and Counselling with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology. My practice complies with the ethical and professional guidelines of the BACP.
I have been working in the mental health field since 2012, beginning by supporting people in emotional distress at an Educational Centre in Spain before moving to the United Kingdom where I continued my professional journey through mental health organisations and private treatment centres. Some of these organisations and treatment centres include, Prinsted, Mind, The Westminster Drug Project, Promis Clinics, The Recovery Centre, and The Soke.
I have worked in both fields, the private and public sector along the side of my private practice. Today I work with a wide range of people with all sorts of background and problems.

I will offer you a safe and confidential space that will allow you to feel, express and process the feelings and difficulties you may be facing. Our sessions will help you develop improved coping strategies to manage your problems more effectively.
I am focused on the here-and-now as well as thinking about the present difficulties and how they may relate to the past. My experience with different therapeutic approaches (Psychodynamic, Humanistic, Existential, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and other therapies) grants me with the advantage to provide a more suitable and tailored approach to all of my clients.
